This page explains what data we receive, how it is used, and your rights over it. It follows Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022.
Data we collect
- Handle and email to record identity ownership.
- WhatsApp only if you choose to provide it.
- IP address and browser type to prevent bots and abuse.
- AI conversations and the visitor’s IP address for profile-owner insights and security.
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or read the contents of your device.
How it is used
- Reserve your handle so nobody else can claim it.
- Activate and manage your AI identity.
- Protect the system from automated bulk registrations.
Your data is not sold, rented, or sent to advertisers.
How long it is stored
For as long as your identity or reservation remains active, or until you request deletion. If the service ends, reservation data will be deleted and you will be notified first.
If ai.co.id changes ownership
Data may only transfer under the same protection obligations. You will be notified before a transfer and may withdraw your data.
Your rights
- Request a copy of your data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data and cancel a reservation.
- Withdraw consent at any time.

Security
Data is stored on our servers in Germany, transmitted over HTTPS, and protected by restricted operational access. User AI keys are stored encrypted.
